Argireline 20% (Acetyl Hexapeptide 3)

Argireline works by relaxing the facial muscles that cause facial expressions, or wrinkles. It interferes with the chemical signal for muscles to contract by decreasing the release of nor-adrenaline that causes lines and wrinkles. This will also decrease the depth greatly in deeper wrinkles or folds. It is a safe topical serum that was scientifically proven to be effective in reducing and preventing wrinkles and formation of new lines. Basically it's a BOTOX® alternative to wrinkles without the injections and expense. It's also been proven that Argireline will extend Botox® up to twice as long when using on the wrinkles after the injections.

Syn-Coll (Palmitoyl Tripeptide 3)

Introducing Syn-coll®, an anti-aging product that actually stimulates the collagen synthesis in human fibroblasts. Collagen represents the main component of dermal connective tissue. Syn-coll® has a unique sequence to mimic the human body's own mechanism to produce collagen. Syn-coll actively compensates for any collagen deficit in the skin and makes the skin look younger. Syn-coll is an alternative to collagen injection. Has more than 350% wrinkle reduction compared to a placebo. It's clinically tested and safe.

COMPARISON OF PRODUCT EFFICACY

Both products have been used at the recommended use level. SYN-COLL at 2.5% (25 PPM peptide) and the reference substance Palmitoyl Pentapeptide (Matrixyl)  at 10 ppm (equivalent to a use level of 10% of the market available product calculated for the active peptide). SYN-COLL clearly showed a higher efficacy for all tested parameters.

GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid.) is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that disrupts the nerve impulse, thus topically inducing muscle relaxation. Instead of synthetic, chemically formulated sources, Immobile Lines contains a natural source of GABA derived from Lycopene (of tomato). The tomato molecule contains a GABA sequence. Once isolated and biotransformed, a natural, pure, chemically uncontaminated molecule is ready to be used to quickly smooth away wrinkle lines. you will feel a cooling and tightening sensation as it is absorbed into the skin. This cooling sensation will last for a few minutes after application.

Regu-age is a product that was made for those of us that are troubled by dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.  It works by improving microcirculaton, protecting the integrity of the collagen and elastin bundle and reducing the effects that free radicals have upon the skin.  As we age our skin thins and becomes more suceptible to UV damage at which this product was designed to reverse that process.  In the studies after 8 weeks of use the puffiness was reduced by 32% and the dark circles 35%.  Also the fibroblast proliferation (the connective tissue strengthing) was increased by 200%.  This will also decrease the size of the red veins under the eyes. 

TCA - Trichloroethanoic acid is an acid which will shed the skin in low percents will just sluff off the dead cells to produce new ones.  If used in high percents will give you a chemical peel and alot of dead skin removal. 

Retistar or Vitamin - Retinol products help stimulate cell regeneration and build collagen to diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots from both environmental and intrinsic aging. Additionally, it helps minimize the appearance of pore size, while correcting blemishes and blotchiness often associated with problematic skin.  Often causes slight shedding of the skin which is rejuvination and renewal of the skin cells.

CO Q 10, Also known as ubiquinone. A vitamin-like substance found in human tissue. Counteracts the damage caused by free radicals (molecules that break down collagen and elastin). Prevents wrinkle formation and premature aging, promotes elasticity and smoothens skin texture.  This is the natural form of Idebenone and they work the same but CoQ10 tends to have less reactions than Idebenone. 

PmLs (Plurilamellar Multivesicular Liposomes) are entrapping liposomes and can encapsulate large amounts of active ingredients. The phospholipids used for the preperation of these liposomes are of plant origin and are stabilized by seaweeds of marine origin which protect the liposomal stucture and allow these liposomes to work. This is a delivery system this product enables the other products to work better and delivers them into the layers where they function. This makes other active ingredients more effective.

Apt, Abnfeltia Concinna, is a cosmetic ingredient bioengineered from a strain of red marine algae. Within this product there is a number of important polypeptides, peptides and polysaccharides. These are its functions:

• Its polypeptide fraction increases the thickness of the epidermal layer, making the skin stronger.
• Irs L-serine (amino acid) stimulates fibroblasts or increases cell production.
• The hydroproline increases firmness by close to 20% and increases hydration greatly.

Overall APT reduces wrinkles, improves short and long term moisturization, improves firmness and soothes irritated skin.
